Robert Wyland was a huge inspiration to me as an artist and illustrator. His colorful undersea scenes featuring whales and dolphins inspired me to do the same with Louisiana. The Atchafalaya Basin is the largest overflow swampland in the United States and is home to the American alligator. If you have taken a swamp tour there you will recognize this scene. Robert Wyland a été une grande source d'inspiration pour moi en tant qu'artiste et illustrateur. Ses scènes sous-marines colorées mettant en scène des baleines et des dauphins m’ont inspiré à faire de même avec la Louisiane. Le bassin d'Atchafalaya est le plus grand marécage de débordement des États-Unis et abrite l'alligator américain. Si vous y avez fait un tour dans les marais, vous reconnaîtrez cette scène.
